Community Groups
The Christian life is meant to be lived in community. Jesus calls us into relationship with God and with each other. His followers are to be marked by the love they have for each other and that can’t be experienced in isolation. All of our ministries build relationships but the most intentional and complete of those is community groups.
These small groups usually meet weekly to share their lives, to study something drawn from scripture, and to enjoy each other. The three pillars of our community groups are; (1) Growth in our relationship with Christ, (2) Caring for each other, and (3) Demonstrating Christ’s love for our community through service.
In a culture marked by divisions and loneliness, groups that provide a feeling of connection and belonging address a real contemporary need.
